Modules

Everything a community needs

Seven modules in one dashboard. Pick a module to see exactly what it does and how it looks on Discord.

Private tickets in one click

A member clicks a panel button, picks a category and instantly gets a private channel or thread that only they and the category's staff can see.

  • Channels or private threads, set per category; threads take no space in the server's category.
  • A welcome message with live status, the status and the staff member update in the message once claimed.
  • Claim, assign, escalate, close, with buttons under the ticket or /ticket commands, including a close reason.
  • Limits and order, a per-member open ticket limit, an overflow category at the 50-channel limit, channel names with a number or nickname.

How it works

From click to transcript

The whole ticket lifecycle happens on Discord, and the dashboard sees every step live.

  1. Panel click

A member picks a category with a button or a menu on the panel message.

  2. Form

An optional question window, the answers go into the ticket.

  3. Private channel

A channel or thread with a welcome message, visible only to the member and staff.

  4. Claimed

Staff claim, assign or escalate, and the status updates instantly.

  5. Closed

Manually, with a reason, or automatically after a quiet period.

  6. Transcript and log

A conversation file in the transcript channel, a log entry and an archive in the dashboard.

Panel

Your whole server in one dashboard

A dashboard with stats, active tickets, history with transcripts, categories, panels, forms, roles and add-ons. Every list has search, filters and pagination, and it works the same on desktop and mobile.

  • Faithful embed previewTitle, description, accent color and buttons exactly as in the Discord client, before you send anything.
  • Your own dashboardPick the widgets yourself: volume, response time, busy hours, team results.
  • Ctrl K everywhereThe command palette opens views, actions and tickets without clicking through menus.
Roles and permissions

Everyone sees exactly what they should

Four kinds of groups based on your server's roles. You set them up once, in one place.

🛡️

Admin groups

Full access to the dashboard and all tickets, in every category.

🛠️

Support groups

Handle chosen categories: they see their tickets, claim and close them.

🔑

Access groups

Decide who can open a ticket in a category, e.g. VIPs only.

⛔

Blocked groups

Roles that can't open any ticket on the server.

Languages

Security

Simple rules, no surprises

Log in with Discord

No new password. The dashboard shows only servers you manage, and each server has its own roles and permissions.

Payments through Stripe

Stripe is the seller: it handles your country's VAT and issues the invoice. Cancel any time in the billing portal.

Your data, your call

Disconnecting a server removes its configuration and tickets from the dashboard, and you can delete your account yourself under Plans & billing.

Getting started

Ready in three steps

No commands or config files.

    1

    Add bot

Log in with Discord and add zentify.app to your server. We don't touch your existing channels or roles.

    2

    Set up categories

Name your ticket types, pick support roles, attach a form and write a welcome message. The preview shows the result right away.

    3

    Send panel

Post a message with buttons in a channel. Members click, private tickets open by themselves.

FAQ

FAQ

Is there a limit on the number of tickets?
No. Tickets are unlimited on all plans, including the free one. Plans differ in the number of panels, categories, active giveaways and polls, plus look customization and auto-close.
What exactly does the paid plan give?
Pro gives you 10 panels and 25 categories per server, 10 active giveaways and 10 active polls, full embed customization, a brand look for all bot messages and auto-close for inactive tickets. Enterprise removes the limits on panels, categories and add-ons.
How much does it cost and how do I pay?
Pro costs €4 a month or €40 a year, Enterprise €8 or €80. These are net prices, Stripe adds your country's VAT at checkout. Stripe is the seller and issues the invoice, and you manage the subscription in the billing portal.
Which languages does the bot speak?
The bot writes in English, Polish, German, Spanish, French and Portuguese (Brazil), you choose the language in the server settings. Commands show up in each user's Discord client language. The dashboard is available in English and Polish.
Do I need to know how to configure Discord?
No. All setup happens in a browser dashboard. zentify.app fetches categories, channels and roles from your server and lets you manage them visually, no IDs or commands.
Who can open a ticket?
Anyone, by default. In a category you can pick access groups, then only people with one of their roles can open a ticket. Staff and admins always can, and roles in the blocked group never can.
What happens when I hit Discord's channel limit?
Each category can have an overflow category: when the main one reaches the 50-channel limit, new tickets go to the overflow automatically. You can also switch to private threads, which take no space in the category at all.
What happens if I cancel Pro?
Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then the server goes back to Free. We don't delete anything: existing panels and categories keep working, but you can't add new ones beyond the Free limits, and Pro features such as auto-close and custom looks stop working.
